The Vapouround Global Awards are back for 2025, and this year is set to be bigger than ever! Set to present the most awards we’ve ever had over the ten years of running – across four diverse categories – we are celebrating the very best in the vaping industry. Whether you’re a product innovator, a brand with a loyal customer base, or a company that has left a lasting impact over the past decade, now is your chance to shine.
How to Enter the Vapouround Global Awards 2025
- Product Awards
Do you have an outstanding product that deserves recognition? Submit your entries online and let the public decide the winners!
This year, no physical product samples are required, making it easier than ever to participate. Entry fee is just £100 for four entries, giving brands an excellent opportunity to showcase their hardware, flavour and alternative nicotine innovations.
Visit the Enter Now page, complete the online entry form to submit your products before entries close on 8 April. All entries will then be published online for public voting, allowing the global community and industry to select the final winners.
- Public Choice Awards
For those who have built a strong community, the Public Choice Awards allow customers and fans to nominate and vote for their favourite products, retailers, reviewers and vape events. This category is completely free to enter, giving businesses of all sizes across the world a chance to gain industry-wide recognition.
Anyone can cast a nomination in this category; companies can self-nominate or rely on the loyalty of their customers. However, it is important to note that the top most nominated for each award will be the ones shortlisted and put through to the final public vote.
Simply visit the Nominations page to view all six awards available in this category and nominate. Nominations will close on 8 April to under-go the shortlisting process before the public vote is opened on the 10 April to decide the winners.
- Industry Awards
These prestigious awards recognise businesses and individuals that go above and beyond in shaping the future of vaping and tobacco harm reduction.
Companies are encouraged to submit a brief presentation or video detailing their contributions to the industry and why they deserve to win any of the 13 awards in this category. There is no entry fee, allowing anyone who believes they are deserving, the chance to win one of these highly sought-after awards.
This awards category is the only one that will not undergo shortlisting and will go straight to the Vapouround team to decide the winners based on their impact and achievements over the past year.

- Best of the Decade Awards
This is a brand-new addition to the Vapouround Global Awards category line up. As we celebrate 10 years of innovation and excellence, these awards honour the most influential brands and figures in the industry that have dominated the decade.
We invite companies to submit a brief presentation or video showcasing their journey and accomplishments over the last ten years – demonstrating why they should be considered for any of the six Best of the Decade Awards. No entry fee is required, allowing all companies equal opportunity to enter this exclusive award category.
Submissions will close 16 May and a shortlist of the top nominees for each award will be announced a few weeks before the Vapouround Global Awards ceremony. Winners will then be carefully selected by the Vapouround team.

When will the winners be announced?
The winners from all four categories will be announced during the prestigious 10th annual Vapouround Global Awards ceremony on Wednesday, 18 June at The Theater, Dubai, UAE. For those who wish to be in attendance for this momentous occasion, please make sure to secure a ticket in advance as they will sell out.
